Resources
Books, tools & resources I genuinely recommend
Over the years, I’ve collected a lot of resources.
Some are books I’ve recommended to clients again and again. Some have shaped the way I think and work as a therapist. Others are resources I’ve mentioned on the podcast, shared with colleagues, used in my own learning, or simply found helpful enough that I think they’re worth passing along.
So I created a home for them here.
This is a curated collection of books, tools, and resources for understanding yourself a little better, strengthening your relationships, navigating difficult seasons, and continuing the work that often happens outside of the therapy room.
I’ll continue adding to this page as I discover things I think are genuinely worth sharing.
I hope you find something here that meets you exactly where you are.
